Getting the Right Fit
1Put the vest on over a t-shirt or base layer.
2Tighten the velcro straps on both sides until the vest sits snug against your torso.
3Check you can breathe comfortably and your arms move freely.
4Once set, the adjustment holds - putting it on next time takes seconds.

I bought the whole system as I got the compression sleeves half price and the arm band for free, so thought that was a bargain. I love my system, I come back from work, I put my vest on and head out. I always track my steps and calories and have noticed I am burning a lot more since wearing it. I come home and put the sleeves on, which feel so light yet compress really well. I have POTS, so I need to wear compression sleeves all the time pretty much, and these have helped me. The arm band is a great addition and I can leave my mind at ease knowing everything is safe in there. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get fitter without even noticing.
