Every Trekkfit product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a full year from the date of purchase. If something breaks that should not break — we fix it or replace it. No argument required.

Contact support@trekkfit.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect where applicable.

We review it

We will reply within one working day with our assessment. In most cases we will ask for photos if you haven't already sent them. We aim to make the process as simple as possible.

We resolve it

Depending on the issue we will arrange a replacement, send replacement parts, or issue a refund. We cover return postage for valid warranty claims — you will not be out of pocket.
