- Damage caused by washing with iron blocks still inside the vest
- Normal wear and tear after extended use
- Change of mind after 90 days from the delivery date
- Items purchased from third-party sellers. Only trekkfit.com orders qualify
- Products used contrary to the provided care and use guidelines

The 90-day guarantee applies to the performance and satisfaction of the product, not to change-of-mind returns after extended use. Products must be returned in a clean resaleable condition where a physical return is required.
The guarantee applies to orders placed directly through trekkfit.com only. It is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
