We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods dispatch may take a little longer — we will let you know by email if that happens.
2. Delivery destinations
We currently ship to UK Mainland addresses. If you are in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man, delivery is possible but an additional charge may apply. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
We do not currently ship internationally. Email support@trekkfit.com if you would like to be notified when this changes.
3. Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders over £35. Orders below this amount will show a delivery charge at checkout.
4. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail Tracked number. If you have not received it within 5 working days of ordering, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
5. Missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Parcels not collected within the holding period may be returned to us — we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage may apply.
6. Lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at support@trekkfit.com with your order number and photos. We will sort it as quickly as possible.
