Refund Policy.

We want you to love what you bought. If something is wrong, we will sort it.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

What we accept back

Your item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with tags still attached, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return

Email us at support@trekkfit.com to start your return. Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions.

Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at support@trekkfit.com and we will make it right.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the correct product — this is the fastest way to get what you need.

Sale items and gift cards

These cannot be returned or refunded.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take a little longer for your bank to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@trekkfit.com.

90-day satisfaction guarantee

Beyond the standard return window, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with how your product performs within 90 days of purchase, contact us and we will work to make it right. Full terms are on our 90-Day Guarantee page.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing here limits or affects those rights.
